how to book
To book and solidify your day there is a 33% retainer due at the time of booking.
The second payment is due within 90 days at 33%
Customizable Payment plans for your retainer are available upon request.
The final payment is due 2 weeks prior to your wedding date.
The experience
Post Booking:
Once booking is established, a digital magazine with helpful tips to help you plan your wedding photography becomes available.
We beginning planning your engagement session. We send out a questionnaire to get to know you and your fiancé even further. This helps us connect and establish a personable experience. This also helps us prepare for your engagement session.
Engagement Session: (Optional)
If you have opted in, this is a great time to get a taste of being in front of the camera with me. We establish trust, communication, ease and a relaxed experience. You will receive beautiful images 1-2 weeks after our session that you can use for announcements, invites, and save the dates.
Bridal Session: (Optional)
If you have decided to treat yourself to what will be one of your favorite sessions ever, then we pencil in a month or date for your bridals. This is the perfect time to try different hair and makeup that will compliment you best on your wedding day. You will get to wear your wedding dress not once, but twice and have the most beautiful portraits of you in them in a calm and relaxed environment!
8 Week Questionnaire:
8 weeks prior to your wedding day a questionnaire will be sent out. This includes questions about your timeline, formals, wedding party, family and vendors. Ultimately we want your wedding day to run as smoothly and flawlessly as possible. Your wedding day is one of the the biggest days of your life and we do not take it lightly. Tour questionnaires ensures that we are fully informed about all the events and people that are most important to you for us to capture so that we do not miss a single thing. You relax and enjoy your wedding, we work hard to document it all.
Wedding Week:
We are all ready to celebrate your big day and we are so excited with you! At this time we can reach for a final call if needed.
Wedding Day:
The day we have all been waiting for is finally here! We arrive early and we get right to work. We start with your details and we end with all the dancing.
Post Wedding Day:
Within one week of your wedding day you will receive Sneak Peaks of your wedding day. This gets you excited to relive your full gallery delivered within 4-6 weeks post wedding day.
Online Gallery Delivery:
A private online gallery is delivered with a password. Your images are delivered in full resolution with a print release ready for you to download.
At this time if you did not order a linen box or photo album we are happy to process this order for you!

We have spent a really long time communicating with each other and at Hosanna Wilmot Weddings, our brides and their experiences are part of us. Your love story and your journey have touched so many lives including ours and we are excited to stay in touch as the years go by.
