We are entering one of our most sought-after seasons, and we are looking to bring on one exceptional photographer to join our team.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a refined, client-focused brand and capture meaningful moments with intention, artistry, and care.

At Hosanna Wilmot Photography, we create imagery that feels timeless, soft, and deeply personal. We are intentionally hiring just one associate photographer to ensure every client experience remains elevated and consistent.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Photographing weddings, portrait sessions, and events under our brand

  • Capturing imagery in a light, airy, and true-to-life style

  • Following creative direction while bringing your own artistic awareness

  • Providing a warm, professional, and seamless client experience

What You’ll Earn

We believe in compensating our team fairly while providing consistent opportunities to grow.

Typical Pay Structure:

  • Portrait Sessions: $75–$250 per session

  • Weddings & Events: $75–$200 per hour

  • Second Shooting / Assisting (Fall): $50–$75 per hour

Rates are based on experience, performance, and role.

Additional Benefits

  • Consistent paid opportunities throughout the summer season

  • No editing required. We handle all post-processing

Requirements

  • 3+ years of photography experience

  • Strong understanding of manual shooting

  • Experience with weddings and/or portrait sessions preferred

  • Professional camera gear + backup equipment

  • Weekend availability

  • Professional, reliable, and client-focused

Uniform & Brand Experience

To maintain a cohesive and elevated experience, all team members follow a designated uniform:

  • Neutral, timeless, and polished attire

  • Comfortable, professional footwear

  • Clean, minimal presentation aligned with our brand

Growth Opportunity (Fall Season 2026)

For photographers who are earlier in their wedding photography journey or looking to refine their skillset, there is an opportunity to join as a second shooter or assistant during the fall season.

This allows you to:

  • Gain real wedding-day experience

  • Learn our workflow and client experience

  • Grow into a lead associate role over time
