A Charming Engagement in Downtown Georgetown: Hosanna Wilmot Photography

September 17, 2024 Hosanna Wilmot

As a photographer, there's nothing quite like capturing the love and excitement of a newly engaged couple. Recently, I had the pleasure of photographing Kelsey and Luke's engagement session in the picturesque setting of downtown Georgetown, South Carolina.

Georgetown's historic charm provided the perfect backdrop for this adorable couple's session. The quaint streets, historic buildings, and waterfront views offered a variety of beautiful locations to showcase Kelsie and Luke's love story.

From the moment we started the session, it was clear that Kelsey and Luke share a special bond. Their natural chemistry and genuine affection for each other made my job as a photographer incredibly easy and enjoyable. They were, without a doubt, one of the sweetest couples I've had the pleasure of working with.

Throughout the session, we explored different corners of downtown Georgetown, capturing candid moments of laughter, tender embraces, and loving glances. The couple's ease with each other translated beautifully on camera, resulting in a collection of images that truly reflect their relationship.

As we wrapped up the session, I couldn't help but feel excited for what's to come. Kelsey and Luke's wedding is scheduled for January, and I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to document their special day. If their engagement session is any indication, their wedding is sure to be filled with love, joy, and beautiful moments to capture.

Stay tuned for more updates on Kelsey and Luke's journey to the altar. Their January wedding promises to be a beautiful celebration of their love, and I can't wait to share those images with you all!

“photography is a way of feeling, of touching, of loving. what you have caught on film is captured forever...it remembers little things, long after you have forgotten everything.”
