Welcome back to the blog!
I had the absolute joy of photographing Brooklyn’s senior session in two of the most beautiful spots in North Myrtle Beach: Cherry Grove Point and Heritage Shores Nature Preserve. These two locations are always such a dream for senior portraits, and together they created the perfect mix of coastal beauty, natural texture, and soft, timeless scenery for Brooklyn’s session.
Brooklyn’s session was truly beautiful from start to finish. She brought such a sweet, natural confidence in front of the camera, and I loved how every part of her session felt relaxed, joyful, and true to her. Senior portraits are such a special way to celebrate this season of life, and Brooklyn made it so easy to capture images that felt both elegant and full of personality.
We started her session at Heritage Shores Nature Preserve, which is one of my favorite locations for seniors who want something peaceful, natural, and a little different from the traditional beach setting. With the winding boardwalks, marsh views, greenery, and quiet coastal feel, Heritage Shores gives so much variety while still keeping that beautiful North Myrtle Beach charm. It was the perfect place to capture soft, natural portraits of Brooklyn.
From there, we headed to Cherry Grove Point, and it was the perfect way to finish her session. Cherry Grove Point is such a stunning location for senior photos, with the sandy shoreline, ocean views, dunes, and beautiful coastal light. There is something so timeless about ending a session by the water, and Brooklyn’s beach portraits felt effortless, graceful, and full of that soft coastal beauty.
One of the reasons I love pairing Cherry Grove Point and Heritage Shores Nature Preserve for senior sessions is the variety they offer together. You get the peaceful, nature-filled feel of the preserve and the classic, airy beach portraits at Cherry Grove Point. For seniors who want a gallery that feels full, personal, and beautifully coastal, these two North Myrtle Beach locations work so well together.
Brooklyn was an absolute joy to photograph. Her session had the prettiest mix of natural smiles, quiet confidence, soft light, and beautiful scenery. I loved how her portraits reflected both who she is in this season and the beauty of the places we photographed. Every location brought something different to her gallery, and the final result was such a sweet celebration of her senior year.
As a North Myrtle Beach senior photographer, I love helping seniors choose locations that feel true to them. Whether you love the beach, the marsh, the boardwalks, or a mix of everything, your senior session should feel personal and meaningful. Brooklyn’s session is such a beautiful example of how choosing multiple locations can add variety, depth, and so much personality to your final gallery.
Brooklyn, thank you for letting me capture this exciting season for you. Your session was such a joy, and I hope these photos always remind you of this beautiful chapter and all that is ahead.
Thank you for stopping by the blog!
